SMALL GROUP FITNESS

What's it All About?

We always dreamed of being able to give personal training to more people. It's such a powerful change. Small Group Fitness is an environment built to be as close as we can get to personal training at a fraction of the cost. We keep it small to provide individualized coaching and movement instruction. We've built our programs to be a balance of lifting heavy weight, functionally moving the body and increasing the heart rate. Keeping members flexible and creating a fun environment that builds a strong habit.

What Type of Training Will it Be?

Our training will be a combination of different equipment. 

  • Barbell Movements
  • Kettlebell Movements 
  • Slamballs 
  • Wallballs 
  • Suspension Trainer
  • Bodyweight Movements

Schedule

Monday: 7am & 5pm

Tuesday: 7am & 6:00pm

Wednesday, 7am&5pm 

Thursday : 7AM & 5:00pm

Friday: 7AM & 5pm

Saturday: 10AM


What Will I Improve?

It definitely depends on your consistency, commitment level & motivation inside and outside of the gym. But most people will get:
